When Bradley Price was only 16 years old, he set his
sights on the goal of owning his own piano. Growing up in Fremont, he had
always had a passion for music and was driven to perform professionally. The
piano became his inspiration and he worked long hours after school to make his
dream a reality. It was a big step for someone so young, but it tells you a lot
about the man today in terms of his drive and dedication to reaching personal
goals.
After buying that fateful piano, Brad joined a gospel band in his
church. Here, he not only met his future wife, Darlene, but he saw firsthand
how powerful music could be. He discovered his music had the power to inspire
those around him and he knew he wanted to take his talents to the next
level.
A High Point in Life
This resulted in “Vital Impact,” a Christian band he formed with Darlene. Together, they produced, recorded and marketed their very own album. It was a lot of hard work, but Brad will tell you there is nothing quite like being in tune with an audience and seeing them react to music you create yourself. “It was definitely a high point in my life,” says Brad. “ Being able to touch people’s lives in even a small way made all of our efforts worthwhile.”
